This photograph was taken at Hart's Square in the fall of 2008. Dr. Hart has accumulated a collection village of restored pioneer buildings in Hickory, NC. He opens the village to the public for one day annually. Volunteers dress in periodic costume and play their appropriate roles. Photographic opportunities abound.
