Linn Cove Viaduct-Yonahlossee Overlook
Blue Ridge Parkway - October 20th 2009. In my opinion this is one of The most beautiful Overlooks on the entire Parkway. The Linn Cove Viaduct is an amazing engineering feat. It was built to protect Grandfather Mountain and it provided the final connecting link in the construction of the Parkway. From Yonahlossee Overlook, you can get excellent views of the valley around the Linville Falls area AND the curve of the bridge.
